EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited for Interior Design Work at Ground Floor of the OIC-COMSTECH building. Sealed EOIs from reputed Individual Consultants/Firms are invited for Design work and renovation which includes Design, Detailed Layout, Floor-wise Plan, Schedule of Work, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and related work for the OIC-COMSTECH building, located at Constitution Avenue, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. Interested parties are encouraged to physically visit the OIC-COMSTECH building during office hours to ascertain the scope of work.
Individual Consultants/Firms will be shortlisted as per the following criteria;
- Company profile/portfolio (detail of at-least 05 interior/renovation projects)
- Registration with SECP
- NTN and STRN Registration Certificate
- Proof of individual/firm on “Active taxpayer List”
- At least 05 years relevant experience in the requisite field
- Successful project completion certificates from the clients
- Complete list of employees and key technical personnel along with their detailed CVs, who will be involved in the project.
- Status of administrative, operational and financial capacity of the firm/individual
- Affidavit on Judicial paper that the individual/firm has never been blacklisted
EOIs must reach at the below mentioned address in sealed envelopes through courier, postal mail or by hand on or before 8th April 2025.The closing time for EOIs is 1100 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours.
