Background:
Advances in optical and quantum communication, together with machine learning, offer opportunities for secure connectivity, improved communication systems and scientific innovation. Developing expertise in these emerging areas is relevant to strengthening the scientific and technological capabilities of OIC Member States.
In this context, OIC-COMSTECH is organizing a webinar on OptiSystem 23.1 under the COMSTECH Centre for Training and Research on AI and Emerging Technologies. The webinar will introduce simulation approaches for optical, quantum and satellite communication systems, alongside machine-learning applications in optical-system analysis. Through expert presentations and interactive discussion, it will provide students, researchers, engineers and faculty members with opportunities to expand their knowledge and engage with specialists.
Objectives
- To raise awareness and promote quantum communication as an instrument for trust and international cooperation.
- To provide a platform for scientists, diplomats, policymakers and communication experts to exchange experiences and best practices.
