تقدم منظمة الكومستك  OIC-COMSTECH بالتعاون مع جامعة  (UW) منحا دراسية ممولة بالكامل للطلاب الدوليين من الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي للدراسة في برامج درجة الماجستير (انظر القائمة الواردة أدناه).

مدة المنحة الدراسية: مدة أقصاها سنتان

حوافز المنحة الدراسية:

يغطي برنامج المنح الدراسية النفقات التالية

• أولاً: تذاكر طيران ذهابًا وإيابًا (درجة سياحية)
• ثانيًا: رسوم الفصل الدراسي، بما في ذلك الرسوم الدراسية
• ثالثًا: الإقامة والوجبات في سكن الطلاب
• رابعًا: تغطية صحية خارجية محدودة

الجدول الزمني لقبول الطلاب

أولاً: فصل الخريف (يوليو – سبتمبر)

ثانياً: فصل الربيع (ديسمبر – فبراير)

يُنصح الطلاب الدوليون بالتقديم قبل 5-6 أشهر على الأقل من بداية الفصل الدراسي المُقترح

معايير الأهلية

أولاً: يُمكن للمرشحين من الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي التقديم.

ثانياً: المتطلبات الأكاديمية

• 16 عاماً من التعليم (بحد أدنى 120 ساعة معتمدة) في التخصص ذي الصلة بعد إتمام الصف الثاني عشر/شهادة الثانوية العامة/المستوى المتقدم أو ما يعادلها.

• معدل تراكمي 2.0 من 4.0 (نظام الفصول الدراسية) أو ما يعادله (النظام السنوي) من جامعة باكستانية أو أجنبية معترف بها.

ثالثًا: اختبار القبول والمقابلة

      الاختبار: الحصول على 50% كحد أدنى في اختبار

أو اختبار القبول الخاص بالقسم بالجامعة GRE

• المقابلة: تُجرى من قبل لجنة القبول بالقسم

برامج درجة الماجستير المقدمة في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات في جامعة واه

INTRODUCTION

In today’s rapidly evolving global economy, technology and innovation ecosystems play a critical role in driving sustainable development, economic diversification, and competitiveness. Effective innovation ecosystems bring together policymakers, academia, industry, startups, investors, and support institutions to transform ideas into impactful solutions, generate high-value employment, and address complex societal challenges.

Recognizing the growing importance of innovation-led growth across OIC Member States, the OIC-COMSTECH Technovation Academy, in collaboration with Pardis Technology Park (PTP), Iran, is organizing the International Capacity-Building Training Program on Technology & Innovation Ecosystem Development, to be held from 14–25 April 2026 at the Pardis Technology Park, International Innovation District, Tehran.

This intensive, practice-oriented program is designed to equip mid- to senior-level professionals with the conceptual frameworks, practical tools, and hands-on exposure required to design, strengthen, and manage innovation ecosystems tailored to their national and regional contexts. Leveraging Iran’s experience—particularly the successful model of Pardis Technology Park—the program will combine expert-led training, technology tours, case studies, and collaborative group work to foster actionable learning and cross-country knowledge exchange among participants from OIC Member States.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

• Understand the core components and dynamics of innovation ecosystems
• Design context-specific strategies for ecosystem development
• Identify key stakeholders and build effective collaboration models
• Develop funding, policy, and infrastructure roadmaps
• Learn from global best practices and Iranian success stories
• Build an international network of ecosystem builders

Eligible applicants include professionals from OIC member states, particularly those working in:

• Representatives of international development agencies
• Academics & researchers in innovation policy
• Startup ecosystem enablers & investors

Applicants must be fluent in English and committed to implementing learnings in their home ecosystems.

مقدمة:

يسرّ اللجنة الدائمة للتعاون العلمي والتكنولوجي التابعة لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي (الكومستيك) أن تعلن عن عقد ندوة دولية حول الأمراض المدارية المُهمَلة، بهدف مناقشة التحديات الصحية العالمية الحرجة التي تؤثر في الفئات السكانية الأكثر هشاشة في إفريقيا وآسيا والأمريكتين.

تضمّ الأمراض المدارية المُهمَلة مجموعة مكوّنة من 20 مرضًا معديًا تسبّبها فيروسات وبكتيريا وديدان طفيلية. ومع تأثيرات تغيّر المناخ والاحتباس الحراري، أخذت هذه الأمراض تنتشر بشكل متزايد خارج المناطق المدارية لتصل إلى المناطق ذات المناخ المعتدل.

وسيُخصَّص محور من هذه الندوة لمرض اللِّيشمانيا (داء الليشمانيات)، وهو أحد أكثر عشرة أمراض مدارية مُهمَلة انتشارًا عالميًا، إذ يصيب أكثر من 12 مليون شخص حول العالم. وسيشارك في الندوة نخبة من المتحدثين الدوليين المرموقين لمناقشة تشخيص الأمراض المدارية المُهمَلة، واكتشاف الأدوية المعتمد على بنية الجزيئات، والمدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والموجَّه ضد الطفيليات المسببة لمرض الليشمانيا.

المشاركة:

تقتصر المشاركة الحضورية على المقيمين في إسلام آباد وراولبندي والمناطق المجاورة لهما في باكستان.

المشاركة الافتراضية متاحة لجميع المهتمين من الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي وغيرها.

Background:

Aerospace technology is one of the most advanced and strategically vital sectors, driving innovations in communications, defense, space exploration, and environmental monitoring. Despite the growing importance of aerospace capabilities globally, most OIC member states are underrepresented in this field due to limited investments, capacity gaps, and fragmented collaboration.

Recognizing the urgent need to build indigenous capabilities and strengthen cooperation among OIC Member Countries, OIC-COMSTECH proposes a technology exhibition and conference to bring together stakeholders from government, academia, industry, and research institutions. This initiative aims to create a unified platform for knowledge-sharing, policy dialogue, and technology partnerships that reflect the collective aspirations of the Islamic world in aerospace innovation.

Objectives:
To catalyze capacity-building, collaboration, and technological advancement in aerospace sectors among OIC member states.

• To showcase current developments and capabilities in aerospace technologies within the Muslim world.
• To identify opportunities for joint research, development, and industrial collaboration among OIC countries.
• To highlight the role of academia and youth in advancing aerospace innovation.
• To promote policy dialogue on space governance, airspace security, and peaceful uses of space.
• To establish a permanent working group or platform for aerospace cooperation under OIC-COMSTECH.

About the Workshop:

OIC – COMSTECH, in collaboration with leading botanical scientists from Azerbaijan & other OIC countries is organizing a focused Two-days international workshop on nature-based medicinal and cosmetic products. The workshop will showcase traditional knowledge, research advances, product development, and commercialization strategies in the field of botanical sciences.

This event aims to strengthen scientific exchange and promote collaborative research between Pakistan, Azerbaijan & OIC countries on herbal medicines and cosmetic formulations using indigenous plant resources.

Objective:

The primary aim of the workshop is to:

1. Foster scientific exchange between Pakistan, OIC members and Azerbaijan.
2. Promote collaborative research on indigenous medicinal plants.
3. Explore product development strategies in herbal medicine and cosmetics.
4. Facilitate knowledge transfer and commercialization pathways in the botanical sector.

يشهد العالم تسارعًا في وتيرة التوسع الحضري بالتزامن مع تزايد آثار تغير المناخ، مما يعيد تشكيل المدن، ولا سيما في الدول الأعضاء بمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، حيث يؤدي النمو السكاني المتزايد إلى فرض ضغوط متنامية على البنية التحتية والموارد الطبيعية والخدمات العامة الأساسية. وقد أدى ارتفاع انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة، وممارسات البناء غير المستدامة، وازدياد ظاهرة الجزر الحرارية الحضرية، والفيضانات، وتلوث الهواء، وتراجع المساحات الخضراء إلى جعل القدرة على الصمود في مواجهة تغير المناخ أولوية أساسية لتحقيق التنمية الحضرية المستدامة.

واستجابةً لهذه التحديات، ينظم الكومستيك، في إطار منتدى البيئة واستعادة النظم البيئية (CFEER)، ندوة إلكترونية بعنوان «بناء مدن ذكية قادرة على الصمود أمام تغير المناخ من أجل مستقبل مستدام». وستجمع الندوة الباحثين وصناع السياسات والممارسين والطلبة لاستعراض الاستراتيجيات المبتكرة، والتقنيات الرقمية، والنهج التعاونية الهادفة إلى تطوير مدن أكثر ذكاءً وشمولًا وقدرةً على الصمود في مواجهة تغير المناخ في الدول الأعضاء والدول المراقبة بمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي.

الأهداف

• تعزيز النهج المتكاملة لتطوير مدن ذكية مستدامة وقادرة على الصمود أمام تغير المناخ.
• تعزيز الترابط بين البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا وصنع السياسات الحضرية.
• تبادل الاستراتيجيات العملية المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية الحضرية المستدامة، والتنقل، وإدارة الطاقة، والتكيف مع تغير المناخ.
